Anne Hilty, PhD, is a health psychologist (PhD; thesis: resilience) with a transpersonal focus (MA), a passion for positive psychology, and a keen interest in the influence of culture. She also has a background in traditional East Asian medicine, massage therapies, and nutritional applications. Dr Anne maintained a clinical practice in New York for 15 years and has now lived abroad since early 2005 in both Europe and East Asia, continuing her practice and conducting research in 113 countries to date. She currently resides in Istanbul and has a company in Hong Kong.
