Consultation for Wellness

Consultation for Wellness Plan is available as a one-time, comprehensive session for evaluation and development of a health and wellness plan, to include elements such as stress management techniques, exercise, nutrition, time management, meditation, and more. Also included is a careful analysis of your current lifestyle as well as health-related beliefs and values, to pinpoint changes that can be made for the improvement of your overall health and work-life balance. We work carefully with you to identify and assess your goals, objectives, and plan of action, as well as any potential barriers to achievement and methods for transcending them.

This is typically a 1-hour session, at the end of which a comprehensive plan is generated.
